Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-29. This policy covers the website inkisle.ipe.rest (the "Site") and, once it is released, the Inkisle mobile app (the "App"). The operator is Davy Kim (ipe Studio) ("we"), an individual developer. Contact: ipe.haven@gmail.com.

In short: the Site has no accounts, no sign-up, no comments and no advertising, and we do not ask you for personal information.

1. The Site

• Information you send us. If you email us we receive your address and your message, and use them only to reply.
• Hosting logs. The Site is hosted on GitHub Pages. The host may process technical request data, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages. We do not receive or use it.
• Analytics and cookies. At the time of writing the Site uses no analytics and sets no cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated before it does.
• Browser storage. The Site saves one small preference, your light or dark theme, in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time.
• Links. The Site links to ipe.rest and other sites. Their privacy practices are their own.

2. The App (in development)

The App is not released. The design intent, which the final App Store privacy statement will confirm or correct, is:

• The game works offline and needs no account.
• Progress (stars, settings) is stored on your device only.
• We do not plan to include advertising or third-party tracking.

If this changes, this section will be updated before release and the store privacy details will match it. Until then, treat it as a plan, not a promise about a shipped product.

3. Children

The Site and the App are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

4. Your choices

You can ask us to delete any email correspondence with you by writing to ipe.haven@gmail.com. Because we do not run accounts, there is no other personal data of yours to access or delete.

5. Changes

We will change this policy when the Site or the App changes. The effective date above shows the latest version.
